Warranty Policy
Coverage Duration:
All our products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered:
Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions
Replacement of faulty OEM components (battery, screen, camera, etc.)
What Is Not Covered:
Physical damage (cracks, dents, water damage, etc.)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Software-related issues (unless pre-installed)
Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation under 85%)
Claim Process:
1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and issue details.
2. Ship the product back to us (if required).
3. Our technicians will inspect the device.
4. If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost.
Turnaround Time:
Warranty claims are typically resolved within 7–10 business days.
Additional Notes:
Shipping fees for returning the product are covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Replacement devices carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days—whichever is longer.
