Return Policy – 15 Days
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

All original accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

The product must be in resellable condition without physical damage or signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items:

How to Request a Return:

Contact our support team at support@remac.ae within 15 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or instruct you to ship it to our return address.

After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective or delivered in error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
